small group of your dearest friends, or a grand celebration welcoming friends from near and far, our services
are tailored to your needs.
Destination Wedding Services
Ribbon & Tie can take care of every aspect of your wedding and plan it just as if you were
here. We will meet with all your vendors on your behalf, and email reports, pictures and sketches to you, covering
every detail of your wedding. You will feel as if you were here.
Our services for out-of-town couples include:
Venue recommendations, negotiation and selection
Help with ambience design — including floorplan, flowers, décor, lighting and more
Catering and menu development
Vendor recommendations, negotiation and selection — including photographers, videographers, florists, hair and makeup artists and more
Invitation and stationary design — including escort cards and ceremony programs
Entertainment suggestions and negotiation
Transportation and accommodation booking and coordination
Detailed timeline development for vendors and wedding party
Budget planning and bookkeeping — including due dates
Rehearsal direction and rehearsal dinner planning

Destination Wedding Services start at $4,500. Special rates for small weddings

Elopement Packages
At the snap of your fingers, you can have your perfect wedding. Our intimate wedding service
is for small parties (up to 50 guests) looking for an all-inclusive package with plenty of personalization.
All Elopement packages include the fee for your wedding planner and day-of coordinator as well as
venue, photography, flowers, transportation and, of course, your officiant. In cooperation with the Interfaith
Center at the Presidio, we will find an officiant for your wedding who shares your religious or spiritual
background. Weekday packages also include the fee for your official marriage license.
To accommodate your style and wishes, we offer three different wedding locations and packages:

A Chapel Wedding at the Presidio Chapel
This beautiful white Chapel is located in the Presidio Park of San Francisco, overlooking the Bay and
Sausalito. The Chapel welcomes all faiths and peoples. Its fine historic bronze bell will ring to proclaim your
marriage.
The Chapel Wedding package includes:
Chapel Rental Fee
Officiant Fee
Marriage License Fee (for weddings on weekdays). Ribbon & Tie will schedule your
City Hall appointment for you.
Limousine Service from your hotel to San Francisco's City Hall (to pick up your marriage license), then to the Chapel and
from there to any place in San Francisco you'd like (such as your favorite restaurant)
Photographer's Fee - including a CD with your high resolution wedding images and unlimited
reproduction rights
Personal Flowers: A bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom. Choose your own colors and styles.
Altar Flower Arrangement: Complementing your personal flowers, this altar arrangement can also serve as
the centerpiece on your reception table.
Chapel Decor (along the aisle and at the Chapel's covered entrance)
Music: We can provide recorded music, or you can bring your own favorites.
A bottle of California's finest sparkling wine
And finally:
Your personal wedding planner and day-of coordinator
We'll be happy to recommend hotels to you and make restaurant reservations for you at
no additional cost. We can also help you design and order a wedding cake for your reception.

A Garden Wedding at the Marin Art and Garden Center
Words fail to describe this jewel in the heart of Marin County. The park with its lush flowers and magnificent trees is only
15 minutes North of the Golden Gate Bridge. Let us escort you in a limousine across the Bay to your outdoor garden wedding.
The Garden Wedding package includes:

A Waterfront Wedding at the SS China Cabin
The China Cabin used to be the magnificent social saloon of an old sailing vessel which sailed the oceans to
Yokohama and Hong Kong in the 1800s. Thanks to a careful and elaborate restoration the China Cabin has come to new
glory. Sitting on stilts above the San Francisco Bay, the China Cabin has beautiful views of San Francisco and the
